📦 General Return Conditions

• No return or exchange after purchase unless under company-approved conditions such as transit damage or incorrect product/model.

• In case of malfunction under normal use, customers may claim warranty directly with the manufacturer. The original packaging and all accessories are required.

• Products with physical damage such as cracks, dents, burns, warping, missing parts, etc., are not covered under warranty.

• Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors (flood, fire, lightning, earthquake, insects, or animals) is not eligible for warranty.​
   

📦 Return / Exchange Procedure

In case of damage during transit:

• Proof of unboxing (video file) is required.

• Replacement with a new product or a full refund will be provided.​

In case of incorrect product/model:

• The correct product will be replaced accordingly.

• Issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt, and the item must be returned with all original accessories and invoice (if applicable).

In case of a change of mind:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in new condition, with all accessories and freebies included.

• Items must be in their original packaging.

• Refunds or exchanges will be processed under these conditions.

• Wrong model → Replacement only

• Change of mind → Non-cancellable & non-returnable

• Non-returnable under all circumstances
