Shipping Options

1. Express Delivery (Bangkok & Surrounding Areas)

We offer express delivery within Bangkok and nearby provinces. Shipping fees are calculated based on distance and are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Private Courier Service (Free Shipping)

Delivery is available through private courier companies at no additional cost. Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the courier’s processing time. Customers may choose Flash Express, Best Express, Kerry Express and Thailand Post as courier providers.

Return & Refund Policy

General Return Conditions

Items purchased cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Exceptions apply as per company policy, such as damaged goods during shipping or receiving the wrong product.

In case of product damage resulting from normal use.

Customers can contact the manufacturer's service center to claim warranty, provided that the box and all accessories are included.

Products that are outside the warranty conditions.

For example, if the product is damaged, broken, cracked, dented, burned, chipped, bent, warped, fractured, punctured, or if parts are missing, the warranty is void.

Goods damaged due to natural disasters or external causes.

For example, damage from floods, fires, lightning, earthquakes, or insect and animal damage will void the warranty.

Return / Exchange Procedure

In case of product breakage/damage during transportation.

  • Please attach proof of unboxing (video of the unboxing) to confirm the condition of the product.

  • The company will replace the product or issue a full refund upon inspection.

In case you receive the wrong model / wrong item you ordered.

  • The company will replace the product with a new one that matches the order, at no additional cost.

  • Customers must report any problems within 3 days of receiving the product and return it along with the invoice (if applicable) and all original packaging accessories.

In case of a change of mind (product not damaged).

  • The product must be new, unused, and with the seal intact.

  • All accessories, warranty card, instruction manual, and any additional gifts (if applicable) must be included.

  • It must be packaged in its original, intact box/packaging.

  • The company will consider refunds or exchanges according to the specified terms and conditions.

Return Policy for Custom Orders (CTO: Server, Workstation, Network)

  • Broken/damaged product → Replacement only.

  • Received the wrong product → Exchange for the correct product as ordered.

  • In case of a change of mind → No refunds or cancellations are possible under any circumstances.

Clearance Items

  • No returns or exchanges are possible under any circumstances.
